Here's a Button Bits card...obviously inspired by the patterned paper :)  


The paper was on clearance at Michael's forever ago...it was 10 cents a sheet...can't beat that!

I used a set of 2 buttons for each wheel...

I ruffled the ribbon and wrapped it with baker's twine...a sentiment strip and a few rhinestones...

...and the envelope...
