…HoLiDaY MoNDaY MoJo...

I needed to add some birthday cards to my stash and I thought this week's MoJo MONDaY sketch was a great place to start..

I had a boy doodlebug pad sitting on my desk that I've been meaning to use and the paper made me think of the PTi AND TaYLoReD EXreSsioNS guitar stamp sets that I have…both of them sitting pristine in their packaging…sigh….a prime example to -Too MaNY Stamps and ToO LiTtLE TiME!-

I clear embossed the grungy splatter stamp in the TE set on the gray musical note paper and used the TE guitar...

The circle behind the guitar is a heat embossed circle image from a PTI tag set…I love how it turned out…

I stamped a few stars on the envie and added a side paper strip…knock me over from NOT surprise that there's a paper strip on the side…I was beating myself up over doing envelopes all the same until I realized that I rarely send cards repeatedly to the same person…so it's just FuN HaPpY mail when they receive it…they are pretty unlikely to call me up and ask me to come up with a fresh approach to envelope decorating :)

I have another idea for this sketch…we'll see if I can get it whipped out today too…I'm thinking chances are good since the boys are out and I don't have to worry about making dinner :)
